Fifth stop: ZAKOPANE

Winter is coming, so it's high time to take you to the polish winter Wonderland!

Zakopane - centre of Goral culture located in Tatra Mountains, visited by thousands of tourists each year. The main reason of choosing Zakopane is that you can admire there breathtaking views of the highest polish mountains. What's more, you can climb all those mountain peaks and see the world from above - it's worth to get tried a bit and beat own fears just to discover new places.

Besides of many, long trials and incredible landscapes, as I already said, it's worth to visit this town in the winter just to ski or to see ski competitions. After an active day spent out of your apartment, you should definitely taste the traditional, smoked cheese, prepared in polish mountains - oscypek, then choose one of many cozy restaurants for a dinner and finally relax with a glass of hot wine listening live, highlanders music.

Moreover, it's impossible to be bored there even in the rainy day because Zakopane is located close to Slovakia, so it's always a good idea to visit new country. Zakopane offers a lot of attractions as well, like aqua park, escape rook or museums. And just to encourage you a little bit more to come to Zakopane, here you  have top 5 places to see there!
1) Krupówki Street
2) Morskie Oko - Eye o the Sea

  1. I love the Tatra Mountains, but I can't stand Zakopane. It is one of the most polluted Polish towns, it's crowded and very business-oriented. Tourists are milked for cash at every corner!
